Receptionist / Booking Coordinator

Full-time • On-site • San Antonio, TX

Join our front-office team as the first point of contact for clients and the coordinator of our studio bookings. You'll manage client communications, coordinate production schedules, and ensure smooth operations across all six studios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Manage studio booking calendars
  • • Handle client inquiries and communications
  • • Coordinate production schedules
  • • Process booking agreements and payments

Requirements:

  • • 2+ years customer service experience
  • • Strong organizational skills
  • • Proficiency in scheduling software
  • • Film/production experience preferred
Competitive salary + benefits
Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
